Challenge: Vodafone Enterprise wanted to create a new high-level customer executive board. The board should be comprised of highest ranking personalities and hold interesting, inspiring meetings. A fresh approach to engage top customers was sought.
Our contribution: We suggested a complete redesign of the board, including a new logo, organizational setup, rules/responsibilities, meeting structures and content. In addition to the design of four themes per year we presented a choice of 60 potential members of which 10 were finally chosen.
Result: The new customer executive board lives and is a forum for the company management to engage in high-level talks with their customers on a regular basis, way beyond technology.
