Challenge: OSEC is offering strategic support to international companies setting up base in Switzerland. For one of these mandates they focus on German entrepreneurs to establish their companies in Switerland. We were employed to design an informative journey through Switzerland.

Our contribution:  We designed a route incorporating economic, social and  scenic aspects. We elaborated an agenda for two days, including company visits, workshops and a panel. For each of this topics we used our network to find compelling speakers.

Result: The event was overbooked and a complete sucess. German entrepreneurs were grateful for the valuable information and the scenic roadtrip trough Switzerland.

Challenge: Three Hannover Fair „Technology Tours“ were built to bring exhibitors qualified and interested business visitors. And also to ease their first steps in having qualified dialogs with them. The visitors on the other hand did not have to find the needle in the haystack, but were brought  right to the highlights of the fair.

Our contribution: Together with Deutsche Messe AG, we set up this project. We found the most interesting exhibitors, contacted them and convinced them of the big benefit of the “Technology Tours”.  Further more we made the refinancing sure.

Result : The frequency at the participants booth increased. Some of the visitors came back after the 15 minutes presentation to ask for further information. Tours approved to be conductive to business for exhibitors as well as for visitors.

Challenge: “Guided Tours” to eight different topics were built for members of the Capital Club and for special visitors. In view of the visitor the tours were supposed to be informative and entertaining and also give a chance for networking. The exhibitors on the other hand, should be brought potential customers.

Result: Exhibitors which were part of a tour were keen about the quality of visitors we brought them. The frequency at their booth increased. Visitors were happy to be brought to the highlights they were exactly interested in.
