Challenge: Swissgrid as the newly created national grid operator for Switzerland faces a public challenge. In a huge legal, physical and business transaction, all assets will be transferred to Swissgrid. How will the public react? The CEO wanted explicitly to use Social Media and Video to communicate with the markets.

Our contribution: Together with Swissgrid we analyzed the 'buzz' between different stakeholders in the energy industry. How is the flow of online information? Where should Swissgrid post strategic messages?  

Result : We produced a number of strategic message clips for Swissgrid. For example about the information exchange between Transmission System Operators. Or about people working at Swissgrid. The clips were distributed among stakeholders.

Our contribution: Together with Swissgrid we set up individual or group training sessions for members of the management board. We trained for a variety of issues (that we will not comment upon publicly).   

Result : The management team has done very well with press, analysts, media and NGOs.
