Challenge: SimmenGroup is increasingly engaged in international projects for high net-worth individuals. In parallel the media coverage for SimmenGroup is increasing.

Our Contribution: We set up a group training session for the management board. Together with their communications consultancy Dynamics Group we made up some “fairy tales” which we confronted the management with in order to prepare for a number of possible and impossible events, including defamation about themselves.

Result: Due to video recordings, analysis and core measures for the future are now clear.
