Challenge: After the merger of Pfizer and Wyeth two different corporate cultures came together. A kick-off event in a ski resort was organized. Here, mixed teams from both companies found a parcours with different games designed to illustrate the combined company values.

Our contribution: We directed, filmed and cut six short video clips, each for one company value. We aimed to visually demonstrate the company values (‚visual proof‘) and asked the top management for their interpretation of the company values in front of the camera.

Result: The event live on. The short clips portrayed staff giving a visible documentation of the Pfizer values ‚in action‘. These short and crisp visual reminders could be used for many purposes, like presentations, website, events, etc.
