Challenge: The Novell Microsoft partnership serves customers with bot Linux and Windows server environments. The strategic support offering by both companies enjoys high visibility from company management. Customer high-level management (CTO, CIO) needed to be informed about new developments.

Our contribution: We organized 12 roundtables over 6 months between Hamburg, Basel and Vienna and hosted top management from Microsoft and Novell to present their case. We identified and invited top customers in three countries.

 Result: Microsoft and Novell were presented top-level contacts for their strategic messages. Our industry contacts contributed to about 20% of the attendees.
