Challenge: Our customer, one of the world's leading computer manufacturers, invited it's management team members to participate in media trainings as part of their regular strategy sessions. The training was grouped into three core sessions which are significant for the company. 

Our contribution: The exercises and role-plays were individually designed to respond to the special requirements of the company. Our expertise is to put CEOs in perspective, to support them, and to show their full potential "on stage". We put emphasis on a setup that allows us to make their high potential last and be available at all times.

Result: The participants gained a lot of self-knowledge, provoked by video analysis. The team has grown together and there was laughter and impartiality, which was, according to the feedback of the participants, missing before.
