Challenge: Swissgrid as the newly created national grid operator for Switzerland faces a public challenge. In a huge legal, physical and business transaction, all assets will be transferred to Swissgrid. How will the public react? The CEO wanted explicitly to use Social Media and Video to communicate with the markets.

Our contribution: Together with Swissgrid we analyzed the 'buzz' between different stakeholders in the energy industry. How is the flow of online information? Where should Swissgrid post strategic messages?  

Result : We produced a number of strategic message clips for Swissgrid. For example about the information exchange between Transmission System Operators. Or about people working at Swissgrid. The clips were distributed among stakeholders.

 

 

Challenge: This customer has successfully reinvented itself with a new vision for 2015.

Our contribution: We provided support to communicate the strategy to all employees in a way that is easy to digest, precise, and inspiring. We just wanted to show that strategy can be interesting for everybody.

Result : Employees that know about the company vision and their individual contribution are more motivated, more productive and stay longer at the firm. 

Challenge: After our customer gave itself a new strategy the CEO wanted to personally inform his top clients. A new website was created for the "new company". Here the CEO wanted to explain the 'newness' using video.  

Our contribution: We directed, filmed and cut one short video clip with the CEO using innovative player technology. We aimed to visually demonstrate the company values ('visual proof').

Result: The CEO can be seen in action. He embodies the company values and stands in for the "new company".

Challenge: The Novell Microsoft partnership serves customers with both Linux and Windows server environments. The strategic support offering by both companies enjoys high visibility from company management. Customer high-level management (CTO, CIO) needed to be informed about new developments.

Our contribution: We organized 12 roundtables over 6 months between Hamburg, Basel and Vienna and hosted top management from Microsoft and Novell to present their case. We identified and invited top customers in three countries.

 Result: Microsoft and Novell were presented top-level contacts for their strategic messages. Our industry contacts contributed to about 20% of the attendees.
