Challenge: A community of Chief Marketing Officers (CMO) was founded by SAP top management in 2008 in Germany and the U.S.. One important goal was to understand client needs better. As the community grew it was spun-off from SAP.
Our contribution: We run the community in close co-operation with the founder. Our understanding for CxO issues and agenda-setting capabilities translate into successful community meetings.
Result: This setup supports the founder in all important tasks to further grow the community. Our contact base in different industries was helpful to win special speakers and to attract new members.
