Challenge: Attract management with time constraints to visit CeBIT. Provide “Guided Tours” for members of the Capital Club and other higher-level visitors. Provide information, entertainment and networking. Bring potential customers into real-life business contact with exhibitors.
Our contribution: We selected the most innovative and interesting exhibitors/solutions, planned the tours, organized them on campus for more than 1'000 visitors. Furthermore we provided refinancing to Deutsche Messe.
Result: Exhibitors which were part of a tour were keen about the breadth and depth of their new contacts. The frequency at their booths increased. Visitors were happy to see highlights they would not have found themselves.
