Challenge: Our customer, the new CEO of a leading company for construction supplies and selected fields of technology, wanted to introduce himself internally in a personal video message for the first time. In addition he wanted to present the first half-year results of the company and establish his personal and the corporate goals for the upcoming period.
Our contribution: In a professional filming environment we gave our customer the chance of presenting himself to all employees of the company after having been CEO for only two months. We consulted him on the structure of the message pointing out the critical factors required in a CEO video, given the circumstances and the setting.
Result: Our customer felt comfortable and represented in an authentic way. He was able to try out – and enjoy – a new and effective means of communication. Shortly after the publication of the video inside the company our customer received excellent feedback from a number of people within his organization.
